His distinguished career is marked by significant contributions to some of the most renowned pharmaceutical companies, including Tata Pharma Ltd., Aristo, Dr. Reddy’s, Lupin, Wockhardt, Biocon, and Medibox, India’s first digital pharma platform.

Throughout his career, Pramod Kumar has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision. His tenure at Biocon Limited, where he served as General Manager – Head of Distribution and Hospitals for the Branded Formulation Business in India and SAARC countries, underscores his expertise in managing large-scale operations and driving business growth.

Pramod Kumar’s dedication and stellar performance have been recognized with prestigious accolades, including the Chairman’s Award for FY 2010-11 and FY 2017-18, presented by Mrs. Kiran Mazumdar Shaw.

Debodyuti Bhattacharya is the Additional Director of Medbiotrix Pharma Pvt Ltd, bringing over 32 years of extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. His impressive career includes significant roles in eminent firms such as Biocon Biologics and Zydus Cadila.

His journey in pharma began with a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Nagpur University in 1992. He further enhanced his expertise by completing a Management Development Program (MDP) in Marketing at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, in 2013.

Prior to joining Medbiotrix Pharma, Debodyuti held leadership positions at Biocon Biologics, where he served as the BU Head for Oncology, Critical Care & Key Accounts Team. He also served as the Regional CEO for the East Zone, showcasing his leadership and strategic skills.

His tenure at Zydus Cadila spanned over two decades. During this period, he progressed through various roles including Deputy General Manager and Marketing Manager, gaining extensive experience in product management, sales processes, and channel sales.

He is a firm believer in the transformative power of innovative medicines. His conviction for the field is evident in his dedication to advancing healthcare solutions and patient centricity.
